The Chromatic Conquest (A FFR Game/Event by EmperorEctoshock)

EmperorEctoshock, a well known member of the FFU forums made this event, called "The Chromatic Conquest". Heres all the info about it from the man himself.

Starting August 15th, 2017!

                                                                       Ladies & Gentlemen!

Allow me to formally invite you all to an awesome project I've been conducting for quite a while now, and have been fortunate enough to have a good number of FusionFallers in this community join me alongside it on our Discord server known as the Factions of Fusion Matter (FoFM). This activity is something we plan to keep constant from the time we will have in FusionFall Retro, and then eventually restart and extend it to FusionFall Legacy. It's been a goal of mine to bring other FusionFallers together for a purpose that'll determine a level of greatness that can only be achieved through teamwork and creativity; to say that this'll be a kind of FusionFall Fun unlike anyone has ever had before is an understatement, and one that can be vouched for by the people tagging along. ;D Like I said earlier, I've been developing this for a long time since I first started...

But now, I think it's finally time to unveil everything we’ll need to know and more in order to determine which of the Chromatic Clans, aka the Primary Platoons & Secondary Squadrons (or the Spectrum of Six, as I like to call us) will have their true colors shine brighter than the rest to show that they are the best! But before we do, let’s look over our competitors, shall we?

Adaptium Alliance

Starting off in Alphabetical order, The Adaptium Alliance is the first Primary Platoon. Their astounding Leader is the przzmatic (like “prismatic”? See what I did there?) Lore writer of FusionFall Legacy, Przzyfied! Following under his command is 1/3rd of The Terrafuser Trio - he's the one and only, ThatGuyRay! The members of Adaptium are very strong-minded players, and like to rely on the strength of their skills - particularly from their diverse experience and knowledge. But aside from that, they’re also commonly known to be quite laid back; in essence, chilling out and being collective (guess that makes them just as cool as their color, huh?). Don’t be surprised if you see them tinker with the machine that is their resourcefulness and inventive game plans, especially in the construct of a challenge. Team Adaptium is able to adjust their conditions for combat, and encourage their enemies to adapt… or perish.

Blastons Battalion

Next of the stronghold in Alphabetical order, The Blastons Battalion is the second Primary Platoon. Their brave and bold Leader is known to be one of the best Community Team members the FusionFall Universe has to offer, and is undoubtedly the Master of all things Moose - he is known as StevieB219! Under his leadership, wisely chosen might I add, is one you can always expect to survive any struggle, is Wireless Survivor. The members of Blastons are very strong-hearted players, and like to rely on the strength of the fortune they bring themselves through the use of sturdy strategies and warfare tactics. Surrendering is something you’ll never see happen out of this team, and their competitively headstrong plus “psyche-out-your-opponents” view on victory is proof of that. Team Blastons is built on pure power, and won’t miss a beat on the battles they will face in this competition.

Cosmix Cavalry

As the tertiary team in Alphabetical order, The Cosmix Cavalry is the third Primary Platoon. Their cunning Leader with the competition-champion confidence is none other than Light! Coming in under as secondary commander is someone who likes to stir up storms in various multitudes: iMidnightStorm. The members of Cosmix are very strong-spirited players, and like to rely on the strength of their faith along with calculated decisions that brings them the connectivity of momentum they’re notorious for. Following the flow of most things, they can be very intuitive and keen as well, allowing them to freely be ecstatic when the senses kick in with precision. Team Cosmix is one with their natural instincts, and it has led the way to the growth of their persistence and their ability to exploit some of their foe’s flaws - all for the sake of obtaining flawless victory.

Deltetradite Diffusers

Following up front in Alphabetical order, The Deltetradite Diffusers is the first Secondary Squadron. Their leader is the Creator of the Chromatic Conquest Challenge (aka, the "C3"), Server Owner of the FoFM and Head of Team Development, EmperorEctoshock! Guiding by his side and donning the persona known as “Deltetraslime”, he’s considered the Director of Operations for this project: Enagon. The members of Deltetradite are very strong-willing players, and like to rely on the strength of their judgment; with this, it builds character towards their amalgamated advances in creative ideas and diffusing tensions and instabilities - even in the midst of a mission! Team Deltetradite branches out dividedly to cover, conquer and balance the power of their comrades. When combined however, possibilities unravel that channels untapped potential, becoming the formula for success.
Quote
Deltetradite” is a non-canon concept that is interpreted as the 4th Fusion Matter type, which (in short) harnesses the power of Adaptium, Blastons and Cosmix atoms into one harmonious compound. This allows the energy of an ingenuous mind, heart and soul embedded upon raw Fusion Matter and Imaginary Energy particles to evolve beyond limitations. In addition to this, when Fusions/Fusion Monsters are exposed to this energy for any forced period of time, it gradually purifies them on a molecular level. If they happen to disintegrate due to this, left in their place would be a patch of grass that is cleansed of the toxic particles on the ground beneath where they were. This is only but one side effect Deltetradite is capable of, leaving the rest of its capabilities a mystery.

Explosine Enforcers

Ensuing forthwith in Alphabetical order, The Explosine Enforcers is the second Secondary Squadron. Their leader is the political symbol of prosperity in the infamous City of Townsville (and the only running candidate in every Mayoral election), Mister_Mayor! His assistant at command, is surprisingly NOT Miss Bellum this time around… but someone just as radiantly elusive as her, is Sky. The members of Team Explosine are very strong-ambitioned players, and like to rely on the strength of their well-rounded wits and elusive style of manipulating solutions to their advantage. Not much is known about this team, as a matter of fact! It is due to the mystery of their origin as well that allows them to use stealthy maneuvers to enforce their will of combative and communicative persuasion. When the time is right, they are very likely to conjure an explosive impact of spontaneous proportions that’ll blast them right up to new heights. Team Explosine, despite their discretion, is out in the open about their goals to achieve more than just victory in this competition, but to fulfill dreams of honor through the elements of surprise.
Quote
Explosine” is a non-canon concept, quite like the aforementioned type above. To put it simply, no one actually knows who created Explosine in the first place! Although, it was speculated to be developed in a hidden laboratory way out on the outskirts of Townsville. According to a blueprint file that was found and written by the assumed maker, who is anonymous:
Quote
Explosine is a gelatinous material that can solidify into an exoskeleton for battle. Additionally, it was made to also fuse itself with any of nature’s elements (such as Fire, Water, Earth, etc.) that it comes in contact with in order to allow the user to manipulate it. It is able to do this because Explosine is implanted with cells of Fusion Matter that is able to pull and absorb the cells of other substances into itself, thus also being able to emulate its shape, form and other potentials.
However, it is not a stabilized formula yet, so the more elements the user controls at once, the harder it becomes to maintain its balance. Explosine, on the flipside, is very combustive upon impact! So each time the enemy is hit with an Explosine-packed punch, they will surely feel an explosion of power every time.

Fusionium Federation

Finally but certainly not least in Alphabetical order, The Fusionium Federation is the third Secondary Squadron. Their leader is President of The Fusion Hunters (which for the occasion of this challenge, has also taken the name you see before you) and is an informatively reliable Community Team member, L0rd! The one who leads beside him is another renowned Community Team member, and whose inquisitive methods from foreign backgrounds is unrivaled - he’s known as Bezco. The members of Team Fusionium are very strong-bodied players, and like to rely on the strength of their endurance as well as their fully-equipped numbers (this stretches universally). The use of their trained senses, both physically and mentally, gives them the edge on how they coordinate their battle plans on the frontline. Relentlessness and vigor is what fuels them to tackle each challenge with full force, and will not hesitate to give a necessary roughness to their motives in order to bring out the best of their targets. Team Fusionium can bond the ethics of their discipline as well as their intuition to support each other, in the fight that is undoubtedly the survival of the fittest.
Quote
Fusionium” is also a non-canon concept, just like the two other types mentioned above this one. This substance was said to be created by Professor Plutonium, as he was able to steal a batch of Chemical X and conduct an experiment where the darkest/most toxic state of Fusion Matter possible would be taken and be mixed with drained samples of Imaginary Energy. These samples actually comes from a captured prisoner of Lord Fuse with an extremely vibrant level of that energy. In any given case, Fusionium boosts a Fusion (and ONLY Fusions)’s strength exponentially to where they’d start to experience a much more violent and monstrous side of themselves; changing appearance is sometimes likely in this exposure. However, when used against Fusions (such as humans broiling the substance down into fuel cells or special ammunition for weapons), they can be gradually paralyzed by anything containing this substance. Although they  become much more overwhelming dangerous from this process, their strengths will eventually weaken until they are safely immobilized.
Quote
Fusionium is also known as “Dark Deltetradite”. The reason for this being is that they were both, in a manner of speaking, mostly created from the same ingredients (with the exception of Chemical X), and instead of having the ability to purify Fusions/Fusion Monsters, when used in the hands of Fusions themselves they are empowered by it, but in the hands of humans are used to just neutralize their strength.

"How soon will this start?"

- A time will be determined after the official release date of FusionFall Retro is revealed. (Now confirmed August 15th)

"How often will the challenges take place?"

- Challenges can be conducted every other day, which will last from 3 PM to 3 AM, EST. This is subject to modification.

"What locations will be obtainable for each Faction in the game, and will there be restrictions for other people (mainly from the other teams) to enter those claimed areas?

- The Hubs and Sectors that'll be obtainable in this game will be presented below this post. And no, anyone and everyone is free to enter said territory, regardless of their team or whether they're on-duty or not. However, if they wanna claim that territory for themselves, a challenge will have to be conducted for it.
