POTD Analysis: The Zoo!

Hello Everyone! Today we are going to take a look at the new POTD! This one is rather strange and interesting so lets take a look at it.
First of lets see the image itself.

They look like cages right?

As you can see its some sort of park, but im thinking its the Townsville Zoo, as it also doesnt resemble any area from the OG FusionFall. People talking on the Thread also said some good points. You can look at it by checking the link on the end of this POTD Analysis.

Now for the most mysterious part: Whos the person talking here?
My guess is Boomer from the PPG. Remember the Devblog about him in the zoo? Maybe he wants to date Bubbles, and since Bubbles likes Animals, going to a Zoo would be a great idea, if there werent Fusion Animals, or maybe none!
